Yes. PARI BOY Go is suitable for acute and chronic lower airway conditions when nebuliser therapy has been prescribed or recommended by a healthcare professional. This can include conditions such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, and acute bronchitis.

PARI BOY Go is suitable for all medicines approved for nebulisation except inhaled antibiotics, provided they are used as prescribed or recommended and in accordance with the instructions for use. Do not use liquids that are not approved for nebuliser therapy.

PARI BOY Go nebulises 2.5 ml inhalation solution in approx. 4 minutes. Actual treatment time may vary depending on the medicine or solution used.

The care mode supports regular device care and helps maintain consistent aerosol performance, even with daily use.

Effective nebuliser therapy depends on consistent aerosol performance. The PARI BOY Go generates a fine aerosol suitable for inhalation into the lower airways, helping suitable nebulised medicines reach your lungs. It is designed to make maintenance easier for long-term users.

Mesh nebulisers are quiet and portable. The membrane is the core component of the nebuliser. At the same time, the fine mesh is a delicate component. People often neglect to maintain the membrane, and the nebulisation performance declines over time. The result: residues from inhalation solutions can cause a significant drop in nebulisation performance. As a result, the PARI care mode supports consistent aerosol performance, even with daily use.

The membrane in a mesh nebuliser has extremely small holes to generate the aerosol. Residues from inhalation solutions, medications or from cleaning can restrict these openings.

As a result, the following may occur:

  • less aerosol is produced
  • inhalation takes longer
  • users may feel that the device is no longer working properly

That’s why membrane care is so important, yet at the same time often forgotten. PARI BOY Go reminds you automatically to perform the membrane care mode. This supports lasting nebuliser performance.

Yes, the PARI BOY Go features a reminder function that prompts the user to run the membrane care mode after every 10 treatments. This reminder is a key difference compared with other mesh nebulisers. The mode itself is extremely simple to activate - lie your PARI BOY Go on its back, add 15 to 20 drops of 0.9% saline solution or distilled water into the front of the mouthpiece and press the start button.

No. PARI BOY Go can be cleaned without chemical disinfectants. The relevant parts can be boiled using distilled or deionised water according to the instructions for use.

Yes. PARI products are designed for long-term use.  Like the device itself, all replacement parts are manufactured by PARI in Germany, supporting long-term availability and reliable product service.

A replacement of the top half of the nebuliser is available as a spare part & should be used to restore ‘as-new’ performance when the nebuliser requires replacement.

PARI has specialised in effective respiratory therapy for more than 100 years. PARI nebulisers are clinically tested, made with high-quality materials and are built to last. PARI is a trusted partner to NHS respiratory services and pharmaceutical partners for the delivery of inhaled medicines.

Do not replace your inhaler unless your healthcare professional tells you to. Nebulisers and inhalers have different roles in respiratory treatment.

Follow your personal respiratory action plan if you have one. If you experience severe, unusual or worsening breathlessness, seek urgent medical help.

With standard mesh nebulisers, possible signs include:

  • inhalation takes longer than usual
  • less mist (aerosol) is produced
  • nebulisation appears weaker
  • the usual fill volume is nebulised significantly more slowly

PARI BOY Go reminds you to activate the PARI care mode before nebuliser performance decreases.
