• unlimitted in time and territory.
• images may not be edited (only the size may be adjusted).
• only use in online media or print.
• for designing media reports on PARI, PARI products or in a suitable context such as inhalation therapy in general, but not in media reports on products from other manufacturers with no reference to PARI.
• to advertise PARI products that are regularly purchased for resale by PARI dealers and contractual partners.

No other use, including private use, is permitted. Any other use is only permissible with special written agreement from PARI. Rights to the imaged trademarks and/or designs are otherwise expressly not transferred.
