Isotonic saline solution (0.9% NaCl) moisturises the airways and thus supports the natural self‑cleaning function of the airways.
Inhalation can be carried out using jet, ultrasound, or mesh nebulisers. Unless your healthcare professional recommends a different dosage, inhale one ampoule (2.5–5 ml) up to 4 times a day as needed.
Open the ampoule only immediately before inhalation.
