PARI has been awarded the “Highest customer satisfaction 2024” prize by the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation.
Not only is the award a recognition of PARI’s high quality standards, it also highlights service quality, as it is based directly on customer feedback derived from a target group-focused online survey involving at least 1000 participants. PARI’s commitment to first-class products supplied hand-in-hand with first-class customer service has paid off.

The German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation is an independent institution specialised in the assessment of products and services. The institute employs an objective evaluation process to assess a range of company features to identify the best in its industry.
