Accessibility Statement in Accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG)

PARI GmbH – Specialist in Effective Inhalation – is committed to making the website www.pari.com accessible in accordance with the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). This law requires companies, starting from June 28, 2025, to make their digital services accessible to consumers.

PARI GmbH is a medical technology company offering devices for inhalation therapy for various respiratory infections. It is especially important to us that all pages aimed at patients are easy to find, accessible, and usable for people with situational, temporary, or permanent impairments.

Compensation for Visual Impairments

• The texts provided on our website can be read aloud using common screen readers such as VoiceOver or NVDA.
• Some control elements are not yet fully translated.
• External links are not always clearly labeled.
• We are currently working on directly integrating a text-to-speech function.
• Images and controls are mostly provided with descriptive alternative texts. A few links currently lack detailed descriptions. These are currently being reviewed and updated.
• Our current PDF documents are accessible. Older documents, which will soon be removed from the site, may not yet fully comply with accessibility standards.

The integrated chat feature (Userlike) currently cannot process spoken language or provide speech output. We are in contact with the provider to ensure an accessible version is available by the required deadline.

Compensation for Hearing Impairments

• Subtitles in videos are partially incomplete or auto-generated.
• Videos hosted on YouTube already feature automatically generated subtitles.
• Videos that require audio descriptions currently do not provide them.

Compensation for Motor Impairments

• The entire website is generally navigable by keyboard.
• The cookie consent module from the third-party provider "Sgalinski" is currently only partially keyboard-operable (e.g., detailed information cannot be opened). Unfortunately, we have no direct influence on this.
• The chat function is currently not fully operable via keyboard. This is a feature provided by an external provider. We are technically unable to make changes to this external component.
