The PARI SINUS - Sinus Therapy System is based on the PARI PRONEB® Ultra and LC® Sprint platform. A second pump runs off the compressor motor which superimposes a subsonic pneumatic pulse on the aerosol flow applied through the top of the nebulizer. It has a patented (USA pending) aerosol conduction through the nose using a small pressure - created by restricting the outflow of the opposing nostril - in addition to the vibration or pulse.
